What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

For parties of 2+, a credit card is required to hold your appointments.

  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 30% of the reserved service amount. A credit card “HOLD” transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
  • Same-day appointment bookings must be cancelled within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 30% of the reserved service amount.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds will not be issued after services have been completed. If your service is less than satisfactory, please notify your masseuse no later than 15 minutes of your service. The owner(s) reserve the right to make the final decision on any and all refunds issued.

Is the spa only for women?

The day spa amenities such as the themed sauna rooms are only for women. However, we offer massages, facials, and waxing for both men and women.

Is there a time limit for spa use?

There is a 4 hour limit.

What should I bring?

You may bring your own personal products if you like. Otherwise, we provide towels, robes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and blow dryer.

Do you have an age limit/requirement?

Children under 8 years of age are not permitted in the spa. Senior citizens must be accompanied by a guardian.

Is gratuity included in the treatment price? If not, how much should I tip?

Gratuity is not included in the price of our services. While they are entirely optional, they are greatly appreciated by our hard-working therapists.

Our clients customarily tip between 15% and 20% of the treatment price, but again, this is just a guideline, not a hard-fast rule. 

Is there parking?

Our complex offers free parking. There is also plenty of street parking when the lot is at full capacity.
